“I came to this hotel today to have a breakfast. When I went to get some food from the buffet, someone stole my bag. The hotel stuff treated me very rude: they said the camera from security showed that I entered the restaurant with the bag in my hands, but after that the camera doesn’t show anything. They didn’t apology, they sent housekeeper coordinator who spoke English badly to discuss the robbery with me and she denied telling me her full name. I understand everything can happen, but the way the hotel behaved is disgusting. They told me that this is not a responsibility of the hotel. Didn’t even give me money for the taxi that I needed and asked because I came there to have breakfast and I wasn’t a guest. But, if people steal thing in the hotel, may happen to everybody. Shame on you, Intercontinental São Paulo for being rude and not calling the police.”
