“Extremamente decepcionante, não tem mais absolutamente nada haver com o padrão Accor! Ar-condicionado central, que atende todos os quartos, parado e sem previsão de reparo. Os hóspedes que aguentem o calor, não tem nem um ventilador pra quebrar o galho. O primeiro quarto o chuveiro não funcionava e nem a porta do banheiro. No segundo quarto a porta do banheiro também não funcionava e o colchão da cama superior não estava higienizado! Realmente decepcionante!”

“Pros: -Bom café da manhã -Tem ferro de passar roupas -Me senti seguro dentro do hotel, apesar do local perigoso. Contras: -Iluminação ruim no quarto -Um dos elevadores estava com problemas -A porta do chuveiro não fecha direito e não tem um lugar para pendurar roupas ou toalha -O termostato não funciona direito -O banheiro e o chuveiro não têm tranca -O exaustor do banheiro não parece funcionar, demora demais para sair o odor -As toalhas de banho estavam com cheiro de cigarro Obs: -Se for ficar no hotel, recomendo pegar um quarto num andar alto nos fundos do hotel, porque colegas que ficaram virados para a rua e em andares baixos tiveram problemas com barulho -O hotel não oferece xampu”
