“Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Booking.com should review the ratings and pictures. I chose the hotel because booking has high rates and great pictures. I will try to be fair: the hotel looks old and not well maintained. The swimming pool is ridiculously small and the gym pathetic. The bathroom is really in bad shape. The size of the room is great but the bed too big so you literally have to enter sideways. Price compared to other places is too expensive given the above.
Location, breakfast and staff are great! The only positive points.”

“Great experience, and great location. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was excellent and Buffet style, with a lot of fresh fruit and pastry. Also nice scrambled eggs. The rooms are spacious with great city views. You are in an area with great bars and restaurants and a safe area. There is a metro station nearby. The rooms are comfy with fantastic large beds.Just lacked the wow factor that you need with a five star hotel!”

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... It was very cold outside and the room was not isolated at all. Therefore temperature was 10C inside the room. I asked for a solution and they said they only have 5 heaters...
After 1 hour of talking to them asking to change for another hotel they said I could stay for the last two nights in another room with heating for the same price I had in the reservation.
Checking out they charged me extra for those two nights!!
Adriana the manager was very rude, said that I was lying and I asked for that upgrade. Etc.
Gym was dirty, tiny, and broken, swimming pool is tiny and cold, you can't use it. Sauna only reach 30C so useless as well
THANKS

Staff are incredibly friendly, lobby is well-decorated and welcoming, bed is enormous (I'm 1.92), and the room was quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Rooms have bedbugs! Location is great, staff is super friendly but none of this matter if they fail to meet the basic cleaning standards! Arrived the first night to find my room with bedbugs on the curtains, they changed me 3 times of room, but ALL of the rooms had bedbugs. The next day I asked for a refund of the pending night which they refused, instead they changed me again to a different room, at least this one seemed ok (or I hope it was). I really hope they take this issue seriously.

I arrived at 17:30 in the afternoon and my room was not ready. Bed unmaid, towels on the floor. Had to wait 15 minutes until somebody showed up. Then later I realised that not even water was refilled...

Great location, good value - the hotel itself is tired...

Was there for 3 nights, great location, friendly staff. Rooms are dated and my bathroom was quite run down. There was mold on the walls, enough said. The breakfast lacked options for people...
