“When I arrived , I specifically asked the reception for a quiet room, the answer was that they all are.
I was given a room facing a major boulevard, and in close proximity to another busy street and a kindergarten.
I couldn't sleep all night. In the morning too, because from 6.00 loud noises can be heard from the staff of the kindergarten.
The other side of the hotel is obviously quieter because there is only the hotel car park there.
Thank you for not fulfilling the demands of your customers, they clearly mean nothing to you.
