Excelente hotel, especialmente para quem vai usar o aeroporto, pois é muito próximo é acessível a pé. Staff é sensacional e as instalações são novíssimas. Vale o investimento sem dúvida nenhuma.

My experience at this hotel was appalling. They debited the full amount of the two nights on my credit card bill, even though I had made the payment in cash.At the time I still questioned, since they asked for the card number to secure the reservation. I was very surprised to see that I paid twice !!!Besides that, they wanted to charge me for 3 breakfasts. When I made the reservation the website said that breakfast was free, and even if it was not, we were in two people, impossible to charge for 3 breakfasts! I ended up paying two because I was in a hurry ....I advise the guests to be very careful, because I hired two nights, I stayed only one day and ended up having a huge loss, I paid four daily!The only advantage is the proximity to the airport, no minibar in the room, the room is quite simple at the price charged, even more so if you consider that you might have to pay twice.If you choose to pay in cash, be sure to check if they have not debited the value of your credit card, as it was what happened to me, as well as putting things that were not consumed in the invoice !!!Minha experiência neste hotel foi péssima. Quando fiz a reserva o site dizia que o café da manhã era gratuito, e, ainda que não fosse, nós estávamos em duas pessoas, impossível a cobrança de 3 cafés da manhã! Acabei pagando dois, pois estava com pressa....Aconselho aos hóspedes que tomem muito cuidado, pois eu contratei duas diárias, fiquei apenas um dia e acabei tendo um enorme prejuízo, paguei quatro diárias!A única vantagem é a proximidade com o aeroporto, não tem frigobar no quarto, o quarto é bem simples pelo preço cobrado, ainda mais se considerar que você pode ter que pagar duas vezes.Caso opte pelo pagamento em dinheiro, não deixe de conferir se eles não debitaram o valor do seu cartão de crédito, pois foi o que ocorreu comigo, além de colocarem coisas que não foram consumidas na fatura!!!

O´tima opção para quem precisa ficar perto do aeroporto de Milão. Limpo, moderno, atendimento diferenciado. Apesar de ser ao lado do aeroporto, o silencio dos quartos é total! ótima internet. Perfeito! Ele é a melhor opção para quem tem um vôo cedo e não está com carro. Em frente ao hotel tem o transfer para o terminal 1 que é o local de onde partem os vôos internacionais.

Espaço gourmet com Bar anexo e com Opção de jantar.Atendentesde várias nacionalidades, inclusive brasileira, o que facilita muito na interlocução. Nada a reclamarHotel anexo ao aeroporto de Milão.Se seu vôo for pela manhã, vale a pena se hospedar.O ônibus do aeroporto, gratuito, sai bem de fronte ao hotel. Isso facilita muito, pois em,10 minutos você estará no embarque.

Ótima experiência. Hotel rápido. Novo. Silencioso. Cheiroso. Sem carpete. Wi-Fi ótimo. Limpissimo. Colado ao terminal aeroporto 2. Há Shuttle a cada 30 min para terminal 1 até 4h40. Após, a cada dez min. Não é 5* pq falta cofre, água free e uma lixeira no quarto.

Prices fairly reasonable. Parking is very limited. The parking is expensive and should be included in the rate. There's nowhere here to park after all. Staff pretty friendly. The hotel seem clean. I would recommend. My only complaint is the parking situation.

El hotel es lo que es... ni más ni menos. Un pedazo de hormigón feo al lado de la terminal 2 del aeropuerto de Malpensa que han intentado que parezca algo cool pero que tiene poco de cool, más allá de algún empleado con tatuajes. Las camas están bien, huele a hotel típico americano (ese olor que las grandes cadenas americanas tienen en sus moquetas...), el personal bastante atento a pesar de que me cobraron por un café 3,5 € a las 4 AM a pesar de que el desayuno lo tenía incluido pero no podía disfrutar de él al tener el vuelo tan temprano.

Hotel is very modern, clean and has the Moxy style design. Staff (Daniele and all other colleagues in reception) are very helpful, personable and professional. There's no kettle and no heating in the room, but they can provide hot water in the cafe, and Daniele/a female manager provided me with a well-functioning portable heater in the second week which helps tremendously. Housekeeping is also very good and cleans the room well everyday.

We stayed here the night before our flight home. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable and perfect for an overnight before an international flight. The customer service here was truly excellent. Samuele informed us that there were nearby restaurants that would provide free car service to and from dinner. He called and reserved a table for us, then called and changed our reservations an additional 5 times as we changed our times, dining preferences, and number of diners. We were, to say the least, high maintenance, and he made excellent recommendations, was very gracious, and even followed up to make sure we had a great experience. I have never gotten such great customer service at an affordable airport hotel!
