Hotel era bom e limpo. Estacionamento com manobrista é ridículo. Liguei 15 minutos mais cedo como eles pediram, para dar tempo de pegar meu veículo e esperei um total de 30 minutos. Como o cara passou por mim 2 vezes estacionando carros ao invés de pegar meu veículo. O estacionamento precisa ser consertado aqui.

It is very well kept and the staff is very nice. There was no coffee offered in the lobby and the lock on our door was sticky. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Hotel was nice and clean. Valet parking is ridiculous. I called 15 minutes early like they asked, to give them time to get my vehicle and I waited a total of 30 minutes. As the guy passed by me 2 times parking cars instead of getting my vehicle. Parking needs to get fixed here.

I stayed at this hotel for a work trip and had an awful experience. First, I found bed bugs on my bed at 4am. Someone came to my room with 2 bottled waters, apologized, and transferred me to another room. The second room appeared ok, but still not up to par. I emailed photos of the bed bugs and never heard back from management staff. Then, I noticed my personal credit card was charged rather than the company card. I’ve called the hotel and the phone goes unanswered. Horrible experience and I will caution you to thoroughly check the rooms.

The staff is great, but the hotel lacks parking (there's valet for a fee), rooms need maintenance, everything was broken inside: doors' handles, air-conditioner was malfunctioned, bathroom was not properly cleaned (there were hairs in the tub), not a singe USB charging ports (very usual in other Courtyards), just one staff on reception, has to wait a lot to purchase a water from the convenience store. The location is great.

Ideal place to stay! While not being too far away from Miami's attraction's. They accommodated to us on a very high level and were friendly and helpful while I visited. The balconies are lovely and makes the room feel super cozy. Valet was helpful and the place was very clean and smelt fresh as it should. Linen looked brand new and the soaps in the shower were name brand which was awesome. Definitely an option I'd consider again!

Aunque estuve de paso (walk in), me encantó confirmar que el estilo y amabilidad de su gente sigue invariable, y las instalaciones muy profesionalmente ordenadas. Sin duda que vale mucho la pena considerarlo como una muy buena opción de estadía en Miami.

Tiene todo lo que se pueda esperar y todo es de muy buena calidad. Mi experiencia es que en la madrugada del domingo me desperté con un grupo de ruidosos que hablaban en el pasillo, asi que las pueryno parecen muy bien insonorizadas, por eso le saco un punto. El minimercado abajo es muy conveniente.

Was here for just one night on business but had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in an area surrounded by restaurants and shopping; lots of options. Right next door to a Publix grocery store...
